A compound found in leaves call Chrysosplenol D has antihistamine and muscle relaxant properties. it has an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal properties. The plant is useful in treating sores and skin infections. It is also beneficial for to relieves muscle aches and joint pain.
Usage: Steep one tea bag in 1/2 cup (125ml) of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Use once or twice a day.
